Building Big and Giving Back
Hard work has been a part of Dan Klingerman鈥檚 life since he was 10 years old and started helping his grandfather John Klingerman in the family鈥檚 feed mill. He remembers his dad Dick Klingerman and uncle Dave Klingerman showing him the various aspects of the business, while 鈥淯ncle Dave鈥 farmed throughout the Bloomsburg area.

Nancy Edwards 鈥70 transferred to Bloomsburg State College in 1968 to follow her best friend to campus. She enjoyed her experience so much that fifty years later, she and her husband remain committed to Bloomsburg University and its students.

Spreading the Love: Bloom grad taps Husky talent for the greater good
After earning both a B.A. in anthropology from BU in 2008 and later an M.A. from the University of South Florida in applied anthropology, Mael has returned to Bloomsburg as President/CEO of United Way of Columbia and Montour Counties & Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way. She now oversees how the organization identifies and assists with the needs of the community. She also hires Huskies.
